The Reserch Of Construction And Using Condition Of Medical Information Resource Of Hebei Province

With the development of information technology , information resource plays an increasingly important role.Developing and using information seems very imperative and important.Medical information resource is an importang part of information resource,which is also importang. For this, we have carried on the actual investigation and the analysis to the medicine libraries of Hebei Province. This investigation and analysis is quite comprehensive ,both from librarian's angle and user's angle. We attempt to analyze the construction and the using condition of information resource of Hebei Province medicine libraries compensively, hoping to have the inspiration to the Hebei Province medicine library enterprise and Hebei Province medicine career. The author investigate the construction of medical information resource of Hebei Province from four facts which are labor resource,infrastructure,papered information and digital informationresource. The author also investigate the using of medical information resource of Hebei Province from five facts which are the basical condition of using,the behavior of using library, the time of opening library, utilization rate of information resource,the efection factor of using medical library). In addition,based on the investigation and analysis,the author sumarize and analyze the problems which exposed in the information resource construction and using of Hebei Province medicine libraries and propose some countermeasures and suggestions.
