With modern mechanical systems becoming more complex, the analysis result with a single sensor to collect information will not be complete, and cannot reflect the overall mechanical vibration. So it is needed that comprehensive treatment for multiple information resources using information fusion technology. The meaning of the information fusion is to analysis the multi-sensor system in whole. On the one hand, through extraction of information collection of multi-sensor system, and organic integration, maximizing the value of information resources; On the other hand, through the abstract synthesis, reducing pressure of system information transmission and processing. Full vector spectrum technology is an analysis method based on homologous information fusion, which is homologous information fusion of multi-sections and multi-sensors system. Full vector spectrum technology promotes the analyzing level from the plane to space, which is combing the single section two-way information fusion and multiple sections information fusion, making the analytical results more precise. Researching how to apply the full vector spectrum technology integrated with the traditional signal processing method to fault diagnosis is of significance.This paper aims to study a new type of data acquisition system, in order to solve the defects of the existing multi-sensor system not synchronously gathering information. This system not only can complete the traditional vibration signal acquisition, and also complete the data acquisition according to the need of plane full vector spectrum analysis and space full vector spectrum analysis.This paper mainly includes the following content:Analyze the function requirement of system, make overall planning, and determine the basic structure with ARM11and WinCE6.0.The system hardware platform is constructed. Analyze the system structure and characteristic of ARM11microprocessor, do the design of each hardware module with the ARM11core, including sensor selection, data acquisition module (vibration signal conditioning circuit, AD converter, key-phase circuit), storage module, touch screen, communication module and power supply module.The software platform based on ARM core is built. Analyze the structure and development processes of operating system WinCE6.0, build system development environment, and compile the driver of AD converter and touch screen. Finally, the detailed application process of this system is introduced.
