In recent years, SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance, a surface plasma resonance) sensor has become a leading technology in the sensor research field.Combined the surface plasma resonance phenomenon and the appropriate chemical sensitive reagents, people construction one kind of SPR sensor which can used for immunization analysis research and reaction dynamics of large molecules of proteins and other biological measurements.These work has led the SPR become a powerful research tools in analysis of biomass components and dynamics. As a leading technology in direct and real-time observation areas, the SPR biosensor has become a critical tool in distinction and identification of biological molecular interaction in the biological elements .It can be predicted that the biochemical analysis of SPR research system to numerous direct bearing on the survival and development of humanity provide a field test advanced technologies and analytical instruments, and therefore it is a very important.In laboratory an original set of prisms pair suitable surface plasma resonance (SPR) analyzer, is driven by the motor, uses the solar battery to take the light signal gathering part, has some problem in using , ect the volume in a big way, the mechanical error eliminates is very difficulty, the sampling speed is slow and so on, in view of these questions, the improvement plan which proposed is (1) By step-by-steps the electrical machinery substitution original electric motor, reduces the system the volume, increases the precision. (2) no move part in SPR by used CCD device, thoroughly eliminates the mechanical error, enhances the sampling speed.This thesis has designed one kind of a video collection processing systems that use CCD sensors, includes A/D conversion, DMA data storage and communications functions in view of the second plan. Papers design of the CCD driven circuit based on the CPLD devices, designed time series pulse of the time series circuit and control circuit which used VHDL language. Used singlechip processor communicate with PC and use of VC++ produced software of shown processing software. Through test the CCD photosensitive and data collection experiment proved the CCD-driven functions, such as data collection modules and are working normally. Through this transformation, especially since the line array CCD own characteristics so that SPR analyser without any mechanical parts , thoroughly eliminate errors caused by mechanical equipment , improve the efficiency of testing .This way make SPR sensors easier to achieved miniaturization and integrated.
