Vibration signals can reflect the vibration condition of machine, the machine in normal operation and failure state of vibration are quite different, use special vibration signal acquisition instrument to collect and store the vibration signal, and then use specialized data processing software to carry on the thorough analysis, can grasp the equipment running status. At present, the vibration signal acquisition instrument is based on PC machine more, but there are complex, instruments bulky, inconvenient to carry, expensive and high professional shortcomings. In this paper, based on ARM11processor as the core, with WinCE6.0system as the development platform to develop a signal acquisition and analysis system software. important work is as follows:(1) To analyze scheme based on embedded technology and the application of the ARM, identified based on WINCE6.0operating system and ARM development of software and hardware design scheme.(2) On the basis of the specific software requirements, combining the reality of this topic, to demonstration of software solutions, including the use of the ARM as a development platform, system control software design methods and the development of technology, such as the choice of which put forward a reasonable software architecture.(3) Key software development technology scheme:consists of simple and friendly man-machine interface design, read, save file mechanism, design of data acquisition, data analysis, data visualization and analysis results.(4) From two aspects of function and performance verification, to prove the simplicity of the user interface and image show that the accuracy and effectiveness.(5) In data transmission, through the Ethernet interface transmit to the remote server.(6) Based on the data acquisition and processing system for acquisition of the actual signal spindle speed on the PC are extracted.Through research, verified in this paper, the design of signal acquisition and analysis system is accurate, effective and has a certain theoretical significance and practical value, to achieve the basic requirements of this design.
