To maintain stable operation in fault diagnosis technology of great significanceto strengthen equipment management and maintenance, and reduce economic lossescaused by equipment failure. This paper implements a Windows CE platform, faultdiagnosis technology products and embedded technology combined with the failure ofa portable analyzer. This device provides a user-friendly interface for data analysisand fault diagnosis.The topic is designed diagnostic equipment platform based on Windows CEportable scan tool, mainly related to the software part of the design and development.Diagnostic equipment processor is chosen Samsung S3C2410A, by connecting avariety of signal transducer module; you can speed, acceleration, displacement andother high-speed data acquisition, signal processing the collected signal aftertransmission through the I~2C bus to system memory on the display, and can also beanalyzed and calculated results of the analysis needed to be stored. The application ofdiagnostic equipment system uses dual-channel data acquisition mode, the screen candisplay real-time signal waveform acquisition, real-time power spectrum andamplitude. Analysis of the application software’s main function is the data collectedcan be stored, read, orbit display, balancing judgments, forms management tasks,including system settings in the sleep and wake-up, automatic shutdown. Main task isto diagnostic equipment platform used Microsoft Windows CE4.2operating systemporting and optimization, and design and development of data acquisition module,data module, etc., and also the design and development of the analysis and diagnosispart of the application.This paper focuses on the design and development of software systems, one ofthe main contents are:(1) Failure of domestic and foreign portable analyzer Researchand contents of this document;(2) Overview and fault diagnosis in system hardwareand software platforms structure;(3) On the Windows CE operating system migration,hardware research, improve and optimize the system functions, including the bootloader application optimization and honeycomb;(4) System software frameworkillustration (5) Module design, including database design, data collection and storageof data, data management, analysis and diagnosis balance and system settings; usemodules for embedded vc++, which involves cross-process communication and threadsynchronization techniques;(6) System database operations, data collection andoverall performance have carried out appropriate measurement and analysis, canoptimize the system design and implementation, finally follow-up was predicted.
