The non-point source pollution (NPS) is now the common environmental problem from all the countries and areas around the world, especially the agricultural non-point source pollution (AGNPS), as well as the status of environment in our country which is much more serious than ever. December31,2007as the starting point for the census, in early2008, the State Council carried out the first nationwide pollution source census and grasped the first-hand information such as the number of various types of pollution sources, industry, geographical distribution, pollutant emissions, and important non-point source pollution information like the pollution source sample counts though, there has been a lack of some integrated system that to analyze and dig more information to environmental pollution evaluation. So the most argent thing now is to establish a new environmental statistic platform, make some estimation, analysis and scientific plans for the current agricultural environment combining with the current environmental situation, and put forward reasonable proposals for the future.The AGNPS pollution census data of Daxing District in Beijing has been analyzed detailed in this research, it has been tried hard to apply a technical support platform to the AGNPS pollution census data analysis application, provide assistance for the handler in agriculture department and the environmental protection department to analyze and make relative plans reasonably for the current agricultural environmental circumstance. There are some statements for the system designing thoughts and the main researching contents are as followed:Take the Daxing District for instance and classify the researching goal to three kinds like the farming analysis, livestock farming analysis and aquaculture analysis, and then put forward to some useful conclusions and recommendations, considering the researching area situations and the analysis results.The B/S three-tier architecture is chosen for the system, combining with the geographic information system technologies, management information system technologies and the database technologies in the IDE of Myeclipse8.5edition, and finally implement the functionality of data processing, storing, analyzing, managing and decision-making.It is indicated in the application that the system has the good power and capability for displaying, processing, analyzing the AGNPS pollution census data and could provide strong technology support and powerful analysis tool.
