Electric power industry is the motive force of promoting national economicdevelopment,Now China is developing at a steady pace, the demand for electricity isgrowing fast. More and more electricity related data will be emerged, along with theincreasingly complex power grid, the relation between feeder increasingly complex, the grid dispatching work more and more complicated. In the face of such problemsonly by manual operation or traditional way of database management area datainformation can’t realize the actual work needs, which requires a power supplyenterprise to improve the management level of the distribution network. In electric power system, district refers to an area where transformer supplyelectric power to. The power supply company administers customers and partitionsdifferent power marketing districts according to the supply transformers, the patternhas the characteristics that making current supply and consumers’ property clear, sothe Pattern is the furthest excellent pattern of the electric power market at present. With the continuous development of power industry, both in industrial electricityconsumption and civil electricity consumption capacity is more and more big, makethe power supply of district leap, the district management in the process of the powersupply enterprise management is also becoming more and more important. Therefore,in order to improve the electric power business district information managementlevel, the urgent need for power transformer district information management systemof business research. Many power supply companies is only staying in strengtheningthe copying rate and electric rate in fact to retrieve, without further investigation. Sothere are a lot of disadvantages, mainly displays: the low voltage district basicinformation defective; Rate copying mode is not scientific, line loss managementlacking; Electricity pay mode backward, which is unfavorable for electric powerquality services; Electricity price implementation is not in place, the enterpriseprofits not maximized. Analysis results show that the reform is imperative. Due to thelow voltage district management is the core of enterprise management, so this articlein view of the low voltage district management in-depth research and design.Geographic Information System (GIS) has large amount of geographical featuredata and attribute data which adapts to the management of power supply enterprisestransformer district. Therefore, an integrated management information system ofpower supply enterprises transformer district is developed based on GIS. Based on acomprehensive survey to identify the integrated management of low-voltage power supply enterprises in the public distribution transformers problems, and clarifying andimproving business process improvement ideas, a requirement analysis report withmore comprehensive and reasonable, and adapting with the actual situation of powersupply enterprise are put forward. After that, aspects of the construction of the targetsystem, master planning, and system design and implementation are planned andstudied. Then, the comprehensive functional modules of the system design aredesigned. The system specific functions include: basic services, GIS real-time dataand low-voltage alarm display, terminal data display, output reports, advancedanalysis functions, etc. Finally, based on B/S model and GIS, a "public low-voltagepower distribution transformers enterprise integrated management informationsystem" is developed and designed. Through testing the system, the mode and methodof managing the low-voltage transformer district are improved, the waste on thecircuitry of the line loss on the circuitry is reduced, the management of the electricrate is strengthened and customer’s service quality is improved further, the economicbenefits and social benefit of improving the power supply enterprise are also obtained.
