The accepting extent to pollution-free agricultural products and demand forpollution-free agricultural products certification resources is increasing with the public’sconsuming behavior more and more mature. The research of pollution-free agriculturalproducts certification resource sharing services has been carried out.With the increasing ofpollution-free agricultural products, products catalogue becomes larger and larger.Therefore,whether the products catalogue can be organized reasonably will directly affectthe efficiency and value of product information services. Besides,the needer of productsinformation are often only interested in a small part of the products because of the differentinterests and purpose, leading to the contradiction between the large number of certificationresources of pollution-free agricultural products and the personalized needs of individualusers.The existence of the contradiction, on the one hand, reduces the convenience andsatisfaction of users to obtain the required pollution-free agricultural products certificationresources, on the other hand, do not conducive the promotion of pollution-free agriculturalproducts and its brand sales. Personalized information retrieval and recommendationtechnology can achieve on-demand information services, and can improve themaneuverability and economy of pollution-free agricultural products information services.In this paper, taking pollution-free agricultural products catalogue as the researchobject, in order to achieve the personalized retrieval and recommendation of pollution-freeagricultural products catalogue, the key technologies of pollution-free agricultural productscatalogue intelligent service system based on personalized features have been researched,the main work is as follows:(1) Establish a pollution-free agricultural products electronic catalogue. Through theanalysis of pollution-free agricultural products, using domain ontology modeling method,established a set of core concepts, semantic relationships between concepts and productattributes covering the field of pollution-free agricultural products, and designed a productscatalogue ontology model. A pollution-free agricultural products electronic catalogue hasbeen formed. Complicate pollution-free agricultural products information resources havebeen converted into semantic networks described by ontology and provide the necessarymetalinguistics for the description and query of pollution-free agricultural products catalog.(2) Design establishing and updating algorithm of personalized products catalogueweighted ontology model. Establishing the method of extracting users’ interest feature,based on product catalogue ontology, achieving the semantic description of users’interest characteristics in conception level, taking into account both interest and semanticimportance of concepts, establish personalized products catalogue weighted ontologymodel. Model updating algorithm can track the changes of user’s interest and improve theaccuracy of the model.(3) Design personalized products catalogue searching algorithm. Using conceptmapping and query expansion to handle the user’s original search request, makekeyword-based retrieval changed into retrieve on the semantic level to improve thecomprehensiveness and accuracy of retrieval. By calculating matching degree of instancesin retrieval results and retrieval, reordering the search results according to the descendingorder of the matching degrees to improve the relevance of the search results and userdemand.(4) Design personalized products catalogue recommendation algorithm.Usingpersonalized productd catalogue weighted ontology, achieve the individual filter orcompositive filter to the products catalogue. Hot products in system and new pollution-freeagricultural products which user interesting will be recommended to the user.Compositivefilter combines high precision of individual filter and high recall of collaborative filtering.(5) Design and implement a prototype system of pollution-free agricultural productscatalogue intelligent service based on personalized features. The system can provideself-adaption pollution-free agricultural products catalogue retrieval and recommendservice that meet the users’ individual needs.
