In recent years, Dongli District Government attaches great importance to environmental protection work within the jurisdiction, but with the development of society, the number of polluting enterprises is increasing, the data of polluting monitoring are becoming more complex as well as it’s more difficult to manage pollution sources monitoring data.Environmental authority of Dongli District pays more attention to sharing and applying of pollution sources monitoring data which causes increasing pressure on the Dongli District environmental authority.It has important significance to build a reasonable pollution sources data management system to enhance the application of information technology in pollution sources monitoring data management with the rise of the modern Internet technology and the wide application of computer technology.This paper strictly selects the technology used in the system according to characteristics and requirements of Dongli District Pollution Sources Monitoring data management work.The system is developed by WinForm technology on.Net platform. According to software engineering idea of Document-driven and object-oriented technology,a detailed document is generated during the development process. C#language works as the system programming language. SQL Server database server developed by Microsoft Corporation is used as the database of this system as well as applying Microsoft SQL Server2008as the database management tool. The UML language is also used in the compiling of system documents which has Standard language and is easy to understand.Developers of Dongli District investigate and study management work of pollution sources monitoring, determining the functional requirements of the system, and detailed designing various aspects of the system.The system’s eight functions are ensured by the use of three-tier:logging management, a system management system, pollution sources management, data transmission management, inquiry statistics management, compliance evaluation and management, database management and dictionary table management.Pollution sources management functions, inquiry statistics function and compliance evaluation function are main functions of the system which realize acquisition and analysis of the data of Dongli District’s pollution sources monitoring and management.Pollution sources management provides a function for users to input basic information of pollution sources enterprises as well as their data.Inquiry statistics function makes it possible to filter the data and export the chart which predicts pollution sources data trends when users type in the query.Judging the sources of pollution monitoring data and forming various reports,the compliance evaluation and management function can contrast pollution sources monitoring data and get pollutant emissions standard in the library.After a trial of the system, it can greatly improve the environmental monitoring work efficiency of various pollution sources enterprise and environmental regulatory departments of Dongli District, which also enhances analysis efficiency of the data of pollution sources monitoring.lt eventually improves pollution sources monitoring data management efficiency of Dongli District under the premise of savings in manpower and material resources.
