Establishment Of Elevator Remote Monitor System Based On Internet Of Things

With the increase of China’s high-rise buildings, the elevator as a type of vertical transport is widely used in these high-rise buildings. Its main role is manned.Elevator’s security is directly related to the safety of human life. Thus ensuring reliable operation of the elevator, the timely detection of faults and fault repair is related to the key to improve the level of property management and elevator monitoring technical level.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the technology and architecture of the internet of things. And summarizes the development status of the remote monitoring system for several elevators at home and abroad. After research the potential needs of the users,such as elevator manufacturers、elevator maintenance units、elevator users and so on.This paper proposes the framework of the overall design of the device sensing layer,transport layer and the business application layer base on analyzing the demand of potential users of the monitor system,and state the workfloww of the system.This paper focuses on the design of the software platform of business application layer control center, detailing the overall framework of control central part,the design of the various functional modules, database design and the design of fault diagnosis module.The system is mainly designed for the different needs of elevator users,such as elevator manufacturers,quality control unit and maintenance units,depending on the focus of concern. The software uses B/S architecture, SQL Sever database, technologies of JSP, Struts and database access technologies to achieve functions,such as remote monitoring of operating data of the elevator,elevator fault diagnosis,fault alarm and fault record details,elevator maintenance record details and statistical analysis,query operation of files ofelevator manufacturers,elevator user units and maintenance units.At last,the article discribes the design of the elevator remote monitoring system based on Internet of Things, as well as possible in practical applications, security and reliability issues, and make the appropriate development and improvement outlook.
