The Design And Realization Of Elevator Remote Monitoring And Control System

With the increasing of the elevator installation in recent years,the more pressure has caused to the elevator property and maintenance department.As the randomness of the elevator failure and the incompetent maintenance,occurred the elevator safety accidents frequently.It's a serious threat to the personal safety of elevator passengers.The system designed in this project is developed for this security requirements.The elevator is remote controlled by this system.For a broader application of the system,it can be compatible with most elevators.The system has the function of assessment.So the government regulators can access this system to check the elevator safety situation of each elevator maintenance company,which can effectively supervise the maintenance of the elevator maintenance company and improve the elevator safety factor.The system designed by this method mainly consists of elevator status monitoring and control board,server,client,management platform and traction elevator.To protect the elevator's original control system,this system determined whether or not a failure of the elevator by the state of the signal of a relay in the control cabint.In this way,additional mount sensors may be eliminate.The client controls the elevator remotely by sending control instructions to the elevator status monitoring and control board.Elevator state monitoring and control panel voice intercom with the original elevator intercom system docking,through the Internet to connect the client and the elevator call system to achieve real-time voice intercom.With professional video storage devices to monitor video remote viewing.The software part of this system uses the structure of B/S,It is mainly composed of four parts: terminal software,server software,management platform software and client software.The terminal software can collect the output signals of various relays in the elevator control cabinet,and determine the status of the elevator and send it to the server software,Server software can send executive instructions to terminal software for remote control of elevators.Client software can receive messages pushed by server software.Display the state of the elevator and the voice information of the video screen.The main management platform is the integrated management of the entire monitoring system.Including elevator state monitoring interface,data storage equipment,elevator maintenance staff attendance management.The designs in this paper realizes the reliable operation of the remote monitoring system of elevator state.The system designed in this thesis has been tested by a large number of actual tests,all the functions meet the design requirements,the system is stable and reliable,with good market value.
