Building integrated renewable energy (BIRE) is energy-saving buildings in China's development direction. The subject comes from Integration of Renewable Energy and Building Research and Demonstration project, By building the demonstration buildings with BIRE in various climates and estimate the superiority of the energy system, the BIRE are widely applied in the resident buildings to improve the problem of energy consume. So, an advanced monitor and control system is an important guarantee of the study about BIRE. So this thesis introduces a remote monitor and control system for the ground source heat pump. By using the modern computer and communication technology, the remote monitor and control system for the demonstration buildings project of ground source heat pump get the technical and economic parameters which can truly reflect the system., then determine the performance characteristics and applicable scope of the ground source heat pump and building integrated technology. The ground source heat pump units for popularizing obtained valuable reference data, so as to further improve ground source heat pump technology and application level, And the information further integration in future has been built a good foundation for the study of ground source heat pump efficiency.First, this thesis has researched the automation control technology and separately introduced their concepts and characteristics, including Programmable Automation Controller (PAC), Advantech WebAccess configuration software based on web and GPRS remote transmission technology. Secondly, the overall design of automation control system, which includes site node, local node and remote node, has been given according to the characteristic of ground source heat pump and the three-ply software framework based on WebAccess. In site node, ADAM-5510 controller of Advantech are employed to supervise and control equipments. Intelligent ammeter can collect the electric energy of the ammeter on the heat pump units etc.In local node, Industrialized Personal Computer and Touch Screen are used as control platforms, while WebAccess software is used as Human Machine Interface (HMI). The device management and control of the building is accomplished by WebAccess configuration software. Base on the GPRS technology, it can realize the communication between data service center and intelligent ammeter. Data analysis and processing can realized on .NET platform and SQL Server database. In remote node, WebAccess Client is employed to access the local node, so users can easily browse the state by IE browser. This system has been developed using PAC and WebAccess together, GPRS technology and intelligent ammeter together, HMI and .NET platform together, improving the real-time character of the ground source heat pump. And the information further integration in future has been built a good foundation for the study of ground source heat pump efficiency.
