In this paper,the temperature and pressure control problem of Thermal system is investigated.Based on IMC-PID design method,a novel closed loop control strategy is implemented;Web-based HMI software-WebAccess is adopted to construct the remote monitoring and control system of Thermal system.The network control system used the SIEMENS PLC S7-400 as Automation Station,which communicates with WebAccess via standard Industry Ethernet.Meanwhile,the IP-video camera is also applied.The real effect of this system indicates that the scheme we introduced is a viable industrial automation control solution.Specific sub-tasks as follows:1.In-depth study of the thermal system of the overall process,Including principle of water pumping station,heat exchanger and relation between them.2.Aim at specific process,design for the romote monitor and control system. Including I/Opoints statistics,selecting controller,selecting configuration software,design of network communication and so on.3.Design of supervisory control software.Including design and implementation controlling program for PLC;Designand mplementation of the configuration software based on WebAccess and Using Skills4.The temperature and pressure control problem of Therlnal system is investigated. Based on IMC-PID design method,a novel closed loop control strategy is implemented.This Monitoring and Control System has been won the prize in Advantech competition, and do simulation test in the Lab.
