Tire Capsule Production, Remote Control And Management System Design

With the rapid development of computer technology and modern communication technology, extensive use of internet and intranet, remote online engineering support and remote controlling technology is becoming the current research focus. Through computer network, we can catch the real-time data from equipment layer and transmit them to the shop layer controller, so the remote client layer can achieve the remote control and management for tire capsule production through internet.The paper makes research on remote control and management system for actual need of the tire capsule company. The remote control system based on Browser / Server-Client /Server mixed mode and remote management system based on Browser/Server mode are put forward for tire capsule vulcanizer. Using Web server to transmit data and control parameters on the network, we can realize the remote controlling and management for the tire capsule production. This system integrates network technology and controlling technology and breaks through time-space limit. Corporate companies, different departments of an enterprise which located in different places can exchange information by this platform. Manager who is on a business trip can keep abreast of production and make timely decision, dispatches production by the help of this system. This application improves equipment utilization and the efficiency of enterprise management. The paper's proposal possesses practicability and reference.Firstly, by analyzing the research existing condition of remote control and management technology domestic and foreign, the basic architecture, basic principles, common communication protocols and communication mechanisms are introduced used in remote control technology.Secondly, by comparing three software development mode such as Client/Server mode, Browser/Server mode and Browser / Server-Client / Server mixed mode, the scheme is established that tire capsule vulcanizer remote control system uses Browser / Server-Client / Server mixed mode and remote management system uses Browser/Server mode.Thirdly, control scheme based on remote desktop control method and real-time video transmission method are put forward for tire capsule vulcanizer. Structure of the remote management system is proposed also.Finally, the remote control and management system for tire capsule production is developed, the function of main modules are offered and validate the feasibility of system. The conclusions are given along with recommendations for future research.
