Usually,a radio fuze consists of small antennas, signal transmitting and receiving modules and signal processing systems. The signal processing system as an important component of the radio fuze, and its signal processing capabilities which including front-end signal conditioning, optimization algorithms and reliable initiation signal, is particularly important. Algorithm is inseparable from a lot of validation data, and the more close to the real situation in the validation data more persuasive. Therefore, in the development process of the fuze, ballistic information gathering is crucial. In this paper, considering the research and the actual project requirements, a collection system which contains a microprocessor control circuit, a mass storage module, a wireless transmission module and the host computer analysis software is designed for recording the radio fuze echo information. We use NAND Flash memory technology to solve the problems like large-capacity, fast storage which brings by high-speed acquisition. ARM-based microprocessor, its rich peripheral makes miniaturization possible. Wireless transmission module gives the idea of solving the difficult problem of signal recovery and improve the probability of success fuze test recycling. The data acquisition, data storage, data analysis and the supporting control panel of the collection systems are realized by PC analysis software which is developed on Matlab GUI. Finally, the acquisition and storage functions were verified through the acquisition of fuze detection signal in immunity test. After the acquisition compared with the sound card one we found that the performance of the acquisition system also meets the design requirements.
