Seismic data acquisition instrument is a system which use the detected se ismic wavesignals to amplify and convert. The high-precision data acquisition system includes seismicdata sensing, collection, transmission, processing and controlling and so on. Seismicexploration is a geophysical method by using elastic properties of rocks to study undergrounddeposits and solve engineering geology problems. As an effective means of engineeringgeological investigation, seismic exploration is used in more and more municipal constructionprojects. However, there are many complex terrains and obstacles in the scene of engineeringexploration. It is difficult to use wired seismic instruments and equipments in the wild.In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication technology, therealization of the wireless communication is more and more easy. Wireless seismicinstruments can solve the problems such as troublesome wiring, fault inspection difficult andso on. It can improve the adaptability of system. Based on the above reasons, this paper putforward the design scheme of the seismic data acquisition system by using the wirelesscommunication.This paper introduces a seismic data acquisition system by using the wirelesscommunication. The system is based on low-power microcontroller MSP430and wirelesstransceiver chip nRF905. The components and structure of the system is specified firstly.Then the hardware design of the system is introduced in detail. The microcontroller MSP430,wireless router module and wireless digital acquisition is introduced emphatically. Then thesoftware design of the system is specified, including the software of wireless router moduleand wireless digital acquisition, and a communication protocol of the system is made. Themeasures and principles of improving the anti-interference of system is given in this paper. Atlast through many experiments and tests, the system achieves the goal of the design basically.The system has the features of low-power, stable performance, fast data acquisition, stronganti-interference ability and so on.
