As human society entered the picture time ,network news photos in the transmission ofinformation accounted for an increasing share of big. Picture of network news is in the rapidlydeveloping，at the same time facing a series of questions. News Photos fraud has become thebiggest challenge facing network news pictures in the communication process. The networknews photo fraud seriously affect the authenticity of the news, the news media ecology manynegative effects. Therefore, the study about the network news photos of fraud has very practicalsignificance. This thesis is based on a comprehensive study of the network news photos on thenetwork news photo fraud and countermeasures detailed classification of research, and putforward my point of view. In this thesis, mainly from the following four aspects:First, the first is from a historical perspective to study network news photos. An overview hasbeen made both from the history of the development of news photos and from the news photos ofthe origin、the network news photos emergence and development. Second, by reading manydocuments, periodicals, books, a clear positioning is laid in the course of the development ofnetwork news photos on the basis of the concept of fraud on the network news photos. Finally,through accessing to information, statistics on domestic and international news photos fakeinstance, tabulate and analyze the current development of the network news photos.From theabove conclusion, pictures ethical issues have become increasingly prominent in thedissemination process, especially in news picture false. Network news photo fraud situation isserious, pending remediation.Second, according to famous news photo fraud cases at home and abroad, classify newsphotos on the network and analyze the form of fraud pictures. Pointed out that the fraud networknews photos has three forms,they are shot put, the graphic not matching pictures, the technicalprocessing. I work on a detailed analysis about each specific case of Shot put, the graphic notmatching photoes ,the technical processing. The graphic not matching pictures include threeaspects :the false picture of the true facts, the real news photos with fake news, fake pictures withfake news. Technical processing anslysis is from five angles :out of context, the PS contentsplicing, the local elements to modify, the use of the special lens , the deletion of the sensitivityfactor. This chapter is mainly describing phenomenon of fake news photos, laying the foundationfor the following reasons, the hazards, the strategy. Third, adopting case studies and qualitative research methods analyze and summarize thenetwork fraud news photoes endangering and reasons carefully, and get a clear classification.First, from the characteristics of technical, social, subjective awareness, Web images, theaudience of five aspects of network news photo fraud reasons explain the motivation.In thecourse ,I focus on technical and social reasons, the network analysis of image features. Second,from the point of the dissemination of results to interpret the network news photos of thehazards of the fraud, the hazards of the network news photo fraud is the lack of media credibility,the audience’s confusion and panic, pollution spread of ecological environment, resulting in notfair competition .Fourth, in order to effectively promote the sound development of the network newsphoto ,from recognition technology, social system, put up with coping strategies andrecommendations. As to get the effective prevention and treatmentof false pictures, let thenews photos play a powerful role in disseminatingIn short, the picture of network news in the news is an integral part and its spreading effectis enormous, and adept the reading habits of readers in the Reading Picture, including the readersof all ages. How to avoid the drawbacks, the better to play an important role in masscommunication, are of great significance in terms of the media. Combined with thedissemination of knowledge and knowledge standpoint, I analysize the network news picturesfrom a panoramic view .On the basis of a large number of case studies, from the perspective ofhistory, technology, cultural, moral and ethical analysis to study Network news photos fraud,andbring up a practical remediation program on the network news photo fraud.
