A Study On Type,Reasons And Strategies Of News Reversion Under The We-media Era

It is a bounden duty for news media to tell the public about the external changes in time.But in recent years,even as the investigation continues,the news reports of seemingly true and correct always to be proved far from the truth,even are completely false news.With the news facts reverse,the public opinions also follow the inversion,which is called news reversal phenomenon.It is essentially due to that the media?s breach of responsibility leads to the unreal news.Authenticity is the fundamental character of news,but it can?t be guaranteed during the news inversion,which will undoubtedly do great harm to the image and credibility of medias.Applying the methods of integral case analysis and text analysis,this paper comprehensively analyzes these 31 typical events of news inversion from the summaries of the Observer News,Peoples Network,WeChat public number of the reporter?s BBC and so on from 2014 to 2016.We also attempt to explore the law of news reversion and do the modular classified research from the dimension of initiated media and planning type.After these analyses we found out that from the dimension of initiated media,news reversion will be summed up as inaccurate news from We Media,report deviation from Mass Media and false news from both We Media and Mass Media of these three types,from the dimension of planning type will be summed up as facts planning and news planning of these two types.The causes of news reversion are complicated.From the subjective point of view,the media itself is the critical factor in the occurance of news reversion.The problems those arise from the media's own characteristics and the distribution of mass media information production can lead to a reversal of news.From an objective point of view,the social,market,government,public and other factors are also likely to contribute to the development of news reversion.News reversion brings endless trouble upon the parties,the media,and also the society and the public.So the government,the news media and the public must try best to strengthen and standardize supervision and management to solve the problem.Especially for the news media,as the most important part,we should work hard to think and stay calmly during the craze of news reporting and fulfill the bounden duty of reporting news accurately,authentically and comprehensively for the public.
