Design And Implemention Of Engineering Process Document Management System Based On User-Defined Rule

With the rapid development of computer technology, it not only has greatly facilitated people’s lives and production, but also promoted the development of enterprise information. In the information age, developing a higher level of information technology becomes an important goal in the information management of enterprises. The information management project can be more flexible and convenient to manage, maintain and support the business in projects. It plays an important role in production efficiency and market competitiveness. The process documents such as daily report and weekly report are important control documents in project management. It not only can ensure the control of project, but also refines the project management. Therefore, the information of process of documents management has a great important significance.This paper designs and implements a document management system of process according to the document management business in the process of a project implementation of a communication enterprise. This system not only can support custom templates of user’s document, rules of time and personnel can be also configured, and supply the function of summary and export with each field of the document. It facilitates the analysis and statistics for indicators of project documents. Based on flexible template customization and configuration rules, system can meet the personalized needs of the development of project. Meanwhile, the auto-summary and export function is conducive for the analysis and statistics of each index in the document, saves a lot of time and efforts and improves the accuracy of data and technical indicators, managers and decision-makers can quickly track and adjust the implementation of plan, and guide the implementation of the project smoothly.The system uses J2EE architecture. First it recommends the open-source frameworks such as Struts framework, Spring framework, Hibernate framework and other related technologies. Then, it analyses the business requirements of process management document in enterprise projects. In accordance with the J2EE architecture level, this paper discusses the architecture design of system, and divides the functional modules, discusses the design of system functions and database in detail, and describes the specific implementation of each module. The system uses the MVC design pattern, reduces the coupling of the system, increases the flexibility of the system, and enhances the scalability and maintainability of the system.After various tests, this system has been put into use with a smooth running and achieved the desired effect. It improved the management efficiency, reduced the management costs, and received a good feedback from enterprise customers.
