Huzhou City Management System Based On Webgis Design And Development

There are a lot of problems in modern urban management such as the delay management methods, getting hysteretic information and passive administration, so how to using the combination of the net technology and GIS is the subject of this paper to solve these drawbacks.This paper fistly described the module ,researched the framework of the Digitization Urban Management Information System of HuZhou ,the system is divided into three layers :application layer,platform layer ,data layer and the application layer is also divided into ten subsystems,such as geographic coding、component updating ects.and explored the contact between the various sub-systems and their functions.The Digitization Urban Management Information System of HuZhou used spatial grid technique.Based on community , according to territorial management,geographic distribution,status management,convenient management,management obj ect,the system plotted the grid unit. Secondly , the design of space database is also realized. and this paper destribes the definition and attributes of the data elements in table ,and also emphasises on the design process of the data engine of WebGIS ,destribes the steps of designing the engine by MAPXTREME 2004. Lastly,Used MapXtreme for java for development platform,through transfering its module,ASP。net language,successfully achieved a series functions of loading of the map browsing,roaming,zoomin,zoomout,recenter,display and refresh of the whole map.By researching this system,the feasible and efficient digital technology in Huzhou urban management was described.The convenience of city management was enhanced by spatial grid technology, the intuitive was realized by digital geographic, the convenience of inquiries was achieved by database techelology ,the in-time of repairing trouble in communities is achieved by network,so these methods enhance the users’experience on the system.
