Research And Realization Of Digitization Urban Management Information System Based On WebGIS

The most basic task of city management is to maintain a good material and human environment of the city to make the economy of the urban society develop sustainably and to promote the healthy development of social economic of the surrounding areas.After the reform and opening-up,the urban construction of our country develops rapidly,and the degree of modernization of the city is also increasing day by day,at the same time the pressure of city management is gradually increasing,and the demand of modern city management has become increasingly apparent.How to manage the city more effectively is an unavoidable problem in the modern urban construction.With the rapid development of network technology and the increasing demand of geographic information system,Web GIS technology has become a key technology to solve the shortcomings of digital city management.This paper carried on the present situation of the city management and the problems encountered in the city management at first,doing some research and feasibility analysis about the construction of the city management system,and put forward the significance of system construction.The paper introduced the development background and the mainly design process of a digital city management system based on Web GIS technology in detail.On the basis of elaborating the design background and significance of the system,it did the demand analysis according to the actual operation of a digital city management system,and based on which the overall design and detailed design of the system was gotten on and the platform structure and network architecture were designed.The system consisted of platform layer,application layer and data layer.The digital city management system included the following six subsystems: supervisory data acquisition subsystem,cooperative working subsystem,command center supervision receiving subsystem,comprehensive evaluation statistical subsystem,geocoding subsystem and the basic data resource management subsystem,each subsystem carrying out its duties.This paper designs a digital city management system solution with specified business,standard data,full functionality,clear process and that has a grid and refined management capabilities,and according to which utilizes the software engineering technology to realize.At present,the system has been carried out in the Urban Management Bureau of acity,which verifies the feasibility and practicality of the project through site tests and truly meet the basic needs of the current urban management system.
