Ancient And Famous Trees Management System Research And Implementation Based On WebGIS

The rapid development of Internet technology makes it possible to integrate GIS (Geographic Information System) with Internet, forming Web GIS. Web GIS Has become one of the hot topics. The networking management of ancient and famous trees based on WebGIS will be benefit to mange and protect the resource of ancient and famous trees.The research results of this paper are below:1.Java was used in developing this application. This system was based on J2EE technique which realized the every tier's functions well and made the system more maintainable and extensible.2. During the developing application period, the model system takes on MVC pattern that divided the functions into modules distinctly. That made the application development more efficient and made it easy to update the system's function.3. A diagnosis system for ancient tree diseases was developed based on WebGIS by using Internet technology, Geographic Information System (GIS), Expert System. According to uncertainty of symptom,uncertainty reasoning of knowledge was adopted to diagnose diseases.The system using webgis, J2EE, Expert system will provide workable plans to mange the ancient tree resource effectively.
