Adopting RFID, micro controller, wireless communication technology and software integration, and other advanced technology, the system can highly simulate inspection car members" operation mode, and complete the Training assessment work automatically. With the improved inspection car hammer, Inspection car members complete normal inspection car movement. Related position and fault all by RF tag representative, label identify information by inspection car hammer and inspection car members’ pace information by ground systems, which all will be automatically uploaded to PC and carried on Comprehensive discriminant, through the PC software’s comprehensive treatment, the system completes the relevant voice prompt, score, fault statistics, and other functions. Thus it makes the education training and assessment for inspection car members realize the automation, information and standardization.This paper expounded the hardware development situation of lower machine, and STC microcontroller, wireless transceiver module, Rf module choice calls, inspection car hammer hardware circuit and process design. The paper also explains in detail the design of the software and anti-interference design of the hardware in the lower machine. Through highly simulation field application, this system can basically solve the problems of training examination system. Initial prototype success and realization of the basic functions, which have prove that it is a high application and dissemination value system.
