For businesses, technical standards on the one hand, closely linked with the intellectualproperty and technology innovation, today one of the core competitiveness of enterprises; onthe other hand, closely associated with industrial policy and technical barriers to becomemultinational companies to compete globally control of industrial chain, an important meansto obtain high profits. For a country, technical standards has become a core competitivefactors in the countries to participate in global competition, have a tremendous impact on thecompetitiveness of countries and regions. Therefore, we need to expand the comprehensiveand in-depth study of the technical standards and its standardization.This paper tries a newperspective and analytical framework for technical standardization, technology standardiza-tion process is actually the main conclusions of the the actors network construction process,and the main use of Actor Network Theory to study the standardization of RFID technology inChina Case to take a series of policy support after the developed countries-the developmentof technology standardization. The content of this study include the following sections:First of all, the Actor Network Theory (Actor Network Theory, ANT) theoreticalreview, concluded the academe emerging, actor-network theory in enterprise management,product innovation, information management results.
