The Research On Auto Parts Suppliers Evaluation System Based On ASP Platform

The promotion of global economic integration and supply chain management continues developing, which have brought opportunities and challenges to China's auto industry, so establishing strategic cooperative partnership between automobile manufacturers and their suppliers has become more and more important. When facing numerous parts suppliers, how to do evaluation and selection scientifically comprehensively and effectively is a significant and issue of concern to automobile corporation.Data is a kind of valuable resource for modern enterprises, which highlight the growing importance and has become the basis of scientific management, the premise of making the correct and effective means of control. With the advancement of the process of enterprise information, more and more business data is stored in the enterprise database. How to effectively use these data, dig out valuable knowledge and rules to support the business management decision-making, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise managers are placed in front of an important and urgent task.The subject is based on automobile industry chain ASP platform. For the rich data resources of auto-parts provider, we proposed the solution of auto parts suppliers evaluation and selection system, which based on ASP platform. Firstly, based on the research and analysis of ASP platform supply chain, combining the research achievements on supplier evaluation from both home and abroad, we established the evaluation targets realizes comprehensive supplier evaluation based on the entropy and TOPSIS evaluation method. Secondly, in this thesis we have complicated systematic architecture and systematic function design. Combining data warehouse technology and platform feature, we established data warehouse model and data pre-processing model. Finally, based on system analysis and design, in auto-parts supplier evaluation and selection system, we realized Supplier evaluating module, Multi-Analysis module, Graphical Analysis module, cooperation module.
