WSN (Wireless Sensor Network), a new intelligent control technology combining sensor technology with computer and communications technologies, is widely used in military, medicine,people’s daily lives, and many other areas. Among wireless communication technologies, wireless communication technologies based on ZigBee with short range, low power comsumption and low cost arouse researcher’s interest and attention.For the above technology characteristics, in this thesis, the environment parameters are measured and studied heavily based on the ZigBee protocol. The aim includes:(1) improving the work efficiency and precision of experiment,(2) reducing the waste of human resources,(3) work of measurement moving from manual to antomation, intelligence and information. The internal temperature and humidity of product working in the high-low temperature were measured through remote manner in the system. Then the measurement data was saved and analysed. This research could provide important reference basis for the designer.In this paper, the hardware design and software programming of the terminal data collection system are finished on the basis of combining the ZigBee wireless communication technology with sensor technology applied to laboratory measurement system. Terminal data collection system adopts the modularized design idea containing: the microprocessor module, wireless transmission module, sensor module and power supply module. A ZigBee technology wireless sensor measure system is established with microchip MEGA16and CC2430. Microchip MEGA16and CC2430are connected each other through the UART interface.The system consists of one coordinator, a terminal node and a upper computer. The coordinator is responsible of the to send commands of measurement from upper computer to the terminal node for wireless. The terminal node is responsible for make protocol analysis from receiving the measurement instructions and send the measurement data back to the coordinator. The upper computer is responsible for process the data coordinator sending back, so as to achieve a regional temperature and humidity measurement purpose.
