First, the development trends at home and abroad, the correlative theory and the realization methods of Wireless Sensor Network technique was introduced in this paper. On these bases, the basic theories of optical fiber sensor and the design scheme of WSN network, the concepts and architecture of ZigBee, are also introduced at length, and the paper also shows the test results and probational information.We used the ZigBee SOC chip -- CC2430 from America Texas Instruments. The CC2430 is a true System-on-Chip (SOC) solution specifically tailored for IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee(?) applications. ZigBee technique and the design method of RF circuit are used. It detailedly introduced the node design of wireless data transmission module, the test mother board and the PC software. The system framework of WSN, wireless circuit, the hardware Schematic circuit diagrams and the Printed Circuit Board pictures, the embedded software flow chart and the PC test/config software based on Microsoft Visual Studio are detailedly described.At last, many tests were done practically, and verified its communication distance and stability. The module can be used widely at a low cost.
