The Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On J2EE

The article is mainly on Office Automation's design and realization during enterprise informatization.It aims at enterprise detailed demands of work which include managing organization,official bussiness,news and user's privileges.On the basis of WEB 2.0 Ajax,design a new collaboration OA system to realize Enterprise Informatization Management.In order to make staff work on internet conveniently,fast and safely,the system is used popular technology based SSH(Spring-Struts-Hibernate)and frame of MVC(Model-View-Controller).It is characterized as the system with Ajax completely,good Human-Computer Interaction and convenience management for users' privileges.The system started from the preliminary investigation,a detailed needs analysis,system flow and particular actualization,and the overall structure of the system design and database design.The site appearance is designed by the system with MyEclipse visualization tools,the database is built with MySql,the logic code is written in Java.From the simple interface and the practical requirements,the main part of the OA system is completed.Using software engineering principles,using object-oriented programming methods,including the development of its background of the establishment and maintenance of the database and application development front two,unified Modeling Language(UML)end of a variety of object-oriented method of the chaotic situation,each director of its integrated into object-oriented method of uniform standards.This system are favour of more and more customers by its convenient and fast characteristics.This system commits to realize easy operation and maintenance.The interface is beautiful and friendly;information querying is flexible and convenient;data storage is safe and reliable.The paper is organized as following:Firstly,analyzes the background and significance;Secondly,introduces the development tools and the foundation of the technology;Thirdly,analyses the demand of the system,gives a specific design project and a database model;Then shows the implementation of the whole system,which includes the design and linkage of the database and the implementation of every module.Finally gives a test of the system.
