With the development of computer information technology, Managementinformation system(MIS) has been widely used in various fields. There are large MISsoftware products including Oracle ERP products, UFIDA financial and governmentsoftware products domestic and foreign.Information Management System of Peking University Chemistry Department isused to provide daily news propaganda and management and analysis for the schooldaily affairs. There are some imperfect functional modules in the original system:there is not a intuitive statistical data and analysis result to help the school leaders tosupport the daily affairs planning and decision-making, the system lacks the functionof arranging experimental course(the original school timetable is achieved manually,it is not only a waste of human and material resources, but also an inefficient way).Sothe subject dedicate to develop a MIS for Chemistry Department in order tooptimize the day-to-day teaching and research management.Having sufficiently addressed in MVC design pattern and J2EE specificationframework, this system put forward integrated multi-level web applicationframework based on the Struts2, Spring, Hibernate. Display layer uses Jsp态Struts2tags and packaged Ajax Dwr framework, which makes user experience moreabundant.Controller layer uses Struts2,Spring framework process control basedon MVC model. Business layer uses design patterns and to operate JavaBean,persistence layer uses Hibernate framework to operate the MySql database.The wholesystem uses MyEclipse as developing platform.Using packaged DWR framework, the paper researches the passing parametersmechanism from page to server and gets the required data. The paper also analyzesand understands the essence and advantage of the Spring transaction, IOC and AOPwhen practicing in the project. In the course management part,this paper respectivelyfocuses on the course scheduling grouping, distributing course time and laboratoryalgorithm of cycle course and synchronous course according to the needs of users, andthe achieved the desired results. Systems after debugging has begun to run in the Beijing University of ChemistryExperimental Teaching Center, basically realized the goal of the project design.Through the implementation of this subject, we improve the efficiency of the dailyaffairs of College, standardized management processes.
