With the development informationization, the dependence of statistical work on information system is becoming stronger and stronger, Promoting effect of informatization on the statistical work is becoming more and more obvious, statistical information playe an important role on the all-round development of industrial statistics,online report submit system promotes the statistical work in many aspects.According to the statistical work of CCIA, this paper introduced the process of design and implement to a online report submit system. The system base on online report submit system of CCIA, start with the overall structure of the application system, use the J2EE platform for the development and three popular frames integration of Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate as the system architecture to implement the online report submit system. It is not only a system with a variety functions as automatic data collection, processing, management and information services, but also with dynamic report. It is characteristics of XML data that data separates from performance. Index items and statistical items form XML data which user-defined in the Client. XML data is the user's own information template of report. JSP+ Ajax technology can make the information exchange between the user and Web page separate from that between browser and server. The combination of template of report which user-defined and report pattern setted by Ajax can accomplish the dynamic query of index items and statistical items, dynamic report are produced in the Client. The design thought of dynamic report based on Ajax is characteristics and innovation of this system.The results of practice show that both of the feasibility and effectiveness of this system satisfy the design requirements. In fact, the architecture and the technology which this system use, make the operation more fluent, give users a better experience, and make the system's performance more outstanding. At the same time, this study also extends the application of J2EE to online report submit system and provides a reference for the construction of enterprise's report Information system for future.
