With the rapid development and wide spread of computer technology, computerapplications are no longer limited to simple scientific calculation, but penetrated intovarious fields of education, industry and corporation. According to the center of attention,the stage of development from the initial “product center” to the “sales center”, last “profitcenter", now has entered into the stage of “customer center”. Therefore, it is necessary tothe application of computer technology and IT enterprise customer informationmanagement, developing a new management model.In the traditional enterprise customer information management model, leadership orsales workers record customers’ information in their notebook or computer by hand, theinformation cannot be updated and shared. Therefore, It is often happen that loss someparts of the customers’ information, or delay to submit resulting in unnecessary losses,even worse, may miss opportunities because of losing the information. It is a newmanagement model to using computer technology and database technology to designcustomer information management system. Rely on computer and Customers networkinformation management model, although the market is constantly changing, enterprisesalso can have complete control of customer information, to win in the competitiveeconomic tide.The key to ensure the enterprise customer information management system success isthat in the entire system development process, it must follow the practices of advancedsoftware development, in another words, software architecture design phase use theadvanced mode concepts and rely on advanced software technology in the systemimplementation phase. Also, it must fully understand the corporate information and needs.Only in this way, the developed customer information management system not only has theinternational advanced level, and is applicable to the business’s needs. This paper is to carservice company for the application, hold the application as center, managementstandardization and comprehensive design ideas, on the basis of the full softwaredevelopment environment, the method and the system requirements, use the Dreamweaver development tools, based on Access database, developed and implemented a customerinformation management system.Firstly, analysis the system requirements for the automotive service company;Secondly, design the overall structure of the system, database and interface on thebasis of determining the system requirements;Thirdly, design detail the login module, display the customer information module, addthe customer information module, modify the customer information module, delete thecustomer information module and system on the dialog box, company profiles and Notepaddialog box;Finally, use Dreamweaver, ASP.Net technology, Access database, realize and testthe various functional modules of the system.The system is capable to enterprise customers’ basic information, customer recordsbrowsing, customer information query, customer information statistics, daily notes, address,database backup and restore and empty manage. It can keep abreast of the changes in everyaspect of information. Managers must be logged on as Administrator, so it can ensure thesecurity of the system. After tested, the function of the system in this article can basicallymeet the needs of the automotive service company, and improve the efficiency of theenterprise information management.
