With the development of communication technology, the triple-play has become themainstream trend,but on the physical aspects of Internet, telecom networks and broadcastand TV networks of the three traditional networks fully integrated in the long period of time,neither may nor the need to achieve. On the contrary, the soul of triple-play is theintegration of high-level application and business. Telephone, computer and television as atypical application of the three network terminal, based on three types of terminalthree-screen syncretism has become the subject of the next stage of development. Theconcept of three-screen syncretism, the three network operators to play their respectiveindustrial advantages, to meet the diverse needs of business integration. IPTV as a typicalrepresentative of the interactive video, Internet and telecommunications network canachieve, will naturally become an important entry point to the three-screen syncretism. Thisthesis is based on the three-screen co-IPTV in new demand, research and design feasibilityof a higher mode of operation, design according to the mode of operation of IPTVintegrated operating platform.This paper analysed the current business operational models on IPTV and pointed outthe limitations of the user to select the business based on a single system, this limitationdoes not meet the "triple play" of intent. Then determine the cross-IPTV system to provideusers with choices and business purposes, the three-screen co-operating mode, IPTV maytwo of the more typical mode of operation is described in detail, and from the operators,consumers and business providers, etc. point of view, respectively, were analyzed andcompared, and ultimately select the most in line with the future pattern of demand for IPTVindustry.According to the IPTV operational models in the first part, and refer to the IPTVrequirements analysis by the ITU-T, ETSI, CCSA, and other organizations, this paperdesign the architecture of IPTV integrated operating platform to determine the need to implement the system platformfunctional architecture of the platform, after the architecturedesign, and a detailed description of each functional entity, giving a more intuitiveunderstanding.We completed the design of typical business programs in the general operationplatform, and business programs designed mainly based on the following two categories:business guide, scenarios and business scene. In this section the two "accounts-users"permission mode greatly improves the user sharing of content and services, is conducive tothe healthy and stable development of the IPTV industry. To achieve the purpose of directusers to the business of integrated operating platform and cross-system choice in thebusiness to guide scene, business scene to achieve the relevant requirements implementedby the user security interaction and business security, so that the platform really has theability to be operational.In conclusion, through the analysis of future demand for the IPTV industry, the futureof the IPTV industry Fusion mode of operation, and based on the model to design thearchitecture and functional architecture of IPTV integrated operational platform, and finallythe integrated operating platform under a variety of business implementation of systematicdesign, the platform has the practical ability to be operated. In this thesis, through the designof an integrated operational platform and its related content, to solve the problem of futurecross-IPTV system to select content and services, especially make the IPTV user experienceto the three-screen syncretism convenient.
