The continuous innovation and development of Internet technology will undoubtedly drive the development and application of mobile smart terminals.Nowadays,smart TV set-top box and smart TV are widely available,which provides extensive incubation environment to the application of IPTV.As an integration of internet,multimedia and communication technology,IPTV will provide users with various Internet interactive services,in addition to the traditional digital TV functions.The service and content provided are diverse and complicated with wide coverage and yet most businesses are overlapping,which leads to the problems of lack of unified standards and management in the IPTV application market.Therefore,a unified IPTV platform is estabilished in this paper on the basis of existing IPTV business resources and variety of interactive technologies.The platform can assist the IPTV service to achieve more in-depth extension of mobile terminal informatization,thus further expanding the audience of IPTV services.At the same time,we provide a platform of convenient application management and the development guidelines of unified capability required for the research and development of products to the IPTV content provider and service provider CP/SP,which realizes the centralized management of unconfined IPTV products through the unified platform,expands the people access to the existing media resources and increases the public attention,thus generating higher commercial value.The research in this paper is shown as follows:(1)First of all,we make detailed investigation and analysis on the background and practical value raised by the project and further clarify the commercial value of the project constructed through the investigating of the current situation of IPTV business development at home and abroad.After this,aiming at the related technology involved in the construction of the screen media product of mobile IPTV platform,we carry on the applicability research and the model selection in the project and finally adopt the Web Service technology and Android platform technology as the basis of the technical scheme,which lays the foundation for the system architecture,design and implementation.(2)Secondly,The user requirements of the screen media product of mobile IPTV platform project are analyzed and studied in detail,which is combined with the market trend of IPTV business and the business objective of this project.According to the service type,this subject consists of two major platforms: mobile IPTV integrated management platform and mobile IPTV client system.In this paper,the user needs of the above two platforms are divided respectively into modules,which is the basis and guidance of the system design and function implementation.For a medium-sized software system,it is necessary to follow certain design principles to ensure the long-term development of the software system.Based on the idea of MVC,this project designs and implements the mobile IPTV integrated management platform based on Web Service technology for docking the original IPTV business systems,integrating IPTV applications and related resources,and the management of system users and terminal audience.(3)Finally,the V model of software testing is taken as the basis of software test design to establish the test phase,test method and test formulation plan.With the progress of the project schedule,the testing work as well as the compiled analysis of the test results,the final quality summary of this project is made,and the screen media product of mobile IPTV platform project is implemented without major problems left behind,which is tallied with standard to go live and can be deployed and published in no time.
