The development of IP network and streaming media technology makes audio, video and other multimedia resources to achieve in the Internet environment became possible. In this context appeared the concept of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), it uses IP as the bearing network, can provide users with high-definition television programs, also support a variety of interactive media services just like Internet telephone, e-mail.IPTV service with interactive features, as well as converged the technology of telecommunications network, broadcast television network and Internet three networks, has now become the main entry point to achieve triple play for China. In the development of triple play of our country appeared the concept of three-screen syncretism, namely achieve fusion using services which provided in the three networks on mobile phone, television and computer screen terminals. This requires that IPTV could provide users with more flexible multimedia business services.User-generated content (UGC) is a new business use form of Internet application which gradually developed as proposed of Web2.0. Users to upload and share their own creative content, not only rich media resources in the Internet, also achieve good communication and interaction between people. With the integration of UGC, it could rich the forms of media resources provided to users inevitably for IPTV, and bring new growth in profiles for IPTV operators, in addition, also will further accelerate the promotion of triple play. However, the current content distribution network (CDN) and digital rights management (DRM) technology of IPTV system is difficult to meet the requirements to UGC business operations under the conditions of three-screen syncretism. Therefore the thesis focus on these technical problems proposed appropriate system solutions.Firstly, the thesis has deeply analyzed and researched the CDN and DRM technology in the IPTV system. After that, according to the characteristics of UGC services, and based on the OIPF proposed standard IPTV system architecture, summed out technique issues in terms of content distribution and storage, rights management, content format management in existing IPTV system behind the business context of the three-screen syncretism, and on this basis put up corresponding UGC business system implementations. The scheme gives the overall functional architecture of IPTV UGC business system and designs the CDN subsystem architecture and content distribution strategies aimed at using characteristics of UGC business under different scenarios. It rearrange the content distribution function into a hierarchical network structure based on P2P technology, and through nearest store the user uploads content and on-demand distribution strategy, well solve the existed the technology problem on the UGC content storage and distribution of load of original IPTV CDN. And have achieved the management and maintenance of user-generated content permissions by increasing a UGC rights and content management function. Beside these, depends the situation of user terminals may support different DRM standards under context of three-screen syncretism, the solution also with the condition of IPTV system supports multi-DRM standards designed basic service and content protection operation flow for UGC. Finally, the paper use OPNET Modeler software simulates and analyses the content distribution network, it proves the feasibility of designed distribution network architecture and strategy. |
