Research Of Smart Phone Software Project Quality Management Of H Company

As a result of the short time,tight cycle,and the more frequent changes in requirements of the smart phone project,the smart phone software project quality management has been a question full of challenges.This paper analyzes the problems of the software quality management of H company's smart phone project,combined with the activities of the CMMI process areas and based on the original software quality management mode of H company,a set of new model of smart phone software quality management is established.In the new smart phone software quality management pattern,the first we put forward reasonable smart phone software quality targets,and then to the whole of smart phone systems development life cycle as the foundation,we deal with smart phone software quality management through the requirement management,branch management and defect management.In the defect management,through collecting defects,and by using the software of defect density measurement method to measure the defects of each module,then we can analyze the actual project process software quality and process control,combined with the P control chart in engineering management.In the process of P control chart analysis,this paper compares the various modules using different sample and average sample of two kinds of analysis method,it is concluded that each module effect using the average sample analysis is more significant.At the end,this paper gives a practical H company smart phone software project quality management.In this paper,the research work on the software quality management model of the smart phone is a great contribution to the quantitative analysis and quality control of H company.
