The Research Of Library Knowledge Management Based On The Knowledge Network

The carrier of knowledge in the organization link and interact with each other to form an internal knowledge network. When they exchange information and material with the knowledge carrier outside the organization, an external knowledge network can be formed.The internal and external knowledge network structure affect the organizational performance,which should be considered in knowledge management strategy. We know the research of the library knowledge management is always one of the key research subjects.But the research combine the knowledge network architecture and the library knowledge management is very seldom. This paper disscusses the topology of the internal and external knowledge,constructs the library knowledge management model based on the knowledge network.On the basis of this study,this paper disscusses the implementation process,influence factors and optimization strategies of the library knowledge management based on the knowledge network.The thesis is divided into 5 parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad and the innovation of the thesis.The second part introduces the related concept of the knowledge network and the knowledge management,analysis the influce and the significance.The third part constructs the library knowledge management model of knowledge network based on the analysis of the library internal and external knowledge network.The fourth part discusses the implementation process and the optimization strategy of the library knowledge management based on knowledge network.The fifth part is the summary about the research conclusion and prospect.
