Then by taking into the knowledge management system, knowledge cycle and knowledge warehouse theory, we combine the knowledge management's people, processes, technology and management with enterprise network system management and establish a new network management system model of knowledge management. This model breaks the traditional way of solving network problems and can make the best effective cycle and application of enterprise's network management knowledge or experience, providing consultation for solution of future problems. Thus, the efficiency of network manager and the ability of problem solution are improved and thus the competition of enterprise is strengthened. |
