In the21st century, the automation level of textile machinery industry in our country has been significantly promoted, which generally adopted advanced information processing as the core of the computer and control technology as the core of PLC, single-chip and IPC, also the advanced drag technology as the core of frequency control, ac servo and stepping motor. But it just at the beginning on using these technology in wet spinning machine control, so it doesn’t have a complete set of automatic control system.This topic based on the technics of wet spinning chitosan fiber, adopted touch screen control system, automatic timer, PLC control, sensor feedback, PID pressure adjustment, constant temperature control system, the electromagnetic valve to be automatic response and other high-tech means, in order to control the spinning process automatically. After a lot of experiments, we selected the DOP-B series of touch screen, the VFD-M series of inverter and the DVP-ES series of PLC, and also the piezoelectric pressure sensor and the resistive temperature sensor, with which we realized the spinning automatically.After getting the eRemote software and touch screen together, we made the remote control of the touch screen reality. No matter where we are, we could operate and monitor the screen by the internet on the computer. It’s a big cross in textile equipment and also in the whole automation control field.We established the formula, by which making the data exchange between man-machine and PLC much more convenient, and provided much convenient for production managers and researchers.
