As the manufacture inevitable trend, the web-based e-Business platform of manufacture can deal with design, manufacturing, assemble, transaction and management of products. The successful establishment and practical application of the e-Business platform can realize the information integration and achieve the global optimization in the scope of manufactures, efficiently enhance the manufacturing business handling automatization. So the manufacturing enterprises can set up an inner coupling and outer integration international manufacturing e-Business platform. Therefore they can enhance the market competitive and rapidly response capability, and win the competition in the unpredictable worldwide market. The main contents and achievements of the dissertation are as follows: 1. The architecture of e-Business platform of manufacture based on J2EE and web services is presented. The solution can exchange and share the information across the product life cycle with flexible patterns, iterative modules and extensible interfaces. Several main technologies are discussed later. 2. By enriching the present web services architecture and presenting the technologies that create the adaptive web services library of manufacture, the service library of information integration and application integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP is constructed and an integrated architecture of CAD/CAPP/CAM/ERP is designed, in which project management is the core. So the communication between back side and front side of the e-Business is enhanced. 3. The method of k-nearest neighbor is improved by importing the support measure and similarity degree. And a novel personalization product recommendation solution based on web services is presented in which the implicit profiling and the legacy data are used for web usage mining. Using the combination of classification and association techniques, the products drawn from the recommendation model are recommended to the user in the proper way. And the recommendation solution can increase the correct rate of the recommendation system and find the interests and favourite exactly. 4. A kind of new secure solution is presented and its transaction process is discussed in detail. At the same time, some best-of-breed technologies are employed to ensure the integrity, privacy, authentication and nonrepudiability of the crucial information on the transport layer and the message layer and enable the transaction informational, intelligent and international. The proposed payment model, which is secure, viable, flexible and convenient, is not only suitable for the online payment trend of China, but also compliant to the worldwide payment system. It can extremely enhance the global optimization of enterprises and speed up the internationalization of economy. 5. Based on the research of e-Business platform of manufacture, the prototype of this system is built in which the comprehensive conclusion is given. And its runtime environment, example screens and application are represented at the end of the dissertation.
