EPA standard has become a formal international standards, it provides a perfect platform and technical support for the development of China's industrial Ethernet. Industrial Ethernet development process clearly indicates that closely follows the trend of technology, introduce the advanced technologies into industrial process, will greatly enhance productivity.As wireless sensor network technology's rapid development, wireless access to industrial production process is gradually revealed that the irresistible trend. Following the current international trend of technology, researching the technology problems that wireless technology into the industrial area will meet, defining the EPA standard of wireless sensor network technology, using the advantages of wireless transmission technology, overcoming some shortcomings of cable network in industrial production process, has important significance for the factory automation, it also has far-reaching significance for development of EPA standard.This paper analyzes the wireless sensor network technology in a number of transmission standards, pointing out some technical problems that the industrial production in the application of existing technology, and has in-depth analysis the power consumption problem of wireless instrument , according to the number of low-power design principles of the industrial process, design the wireless instrument module .The first chapter in this paper is mainly on the background knowledge of wireless sensor networks and some general use of industrial process wireless network .Chapter II analysis the characteristics of industrial production, introducing the research focus of wireless sense technology for industry process such as ZigBee, wireless HART, and SP100, analysis every technical, pointing out their characteristics and the weakness for industry process. At the end of this chapter author points out IEEE802.15.4 wireless technology will be leading transfer protocol in industrial areas. Chapter III introduced the design of low-power wireless communication module and the control module, introduced the principle of its work. Chapter IV, reaching for the wireless transmission of energy consumption, the data processing and data transmission of the energy consumption was researched. Author devises a routing algorithm for Energy conservation in date transmission. This routing algorithm can avoid broadcasting storm. And this method is experimental verification. At last, this dissertation summarizes the whole work and prospects the later work.
