With the development of the Internet of Things technology, industrial production, the degree of information technology is getting higher and higher, the managers needed to be able to master the production conditions, the production unit should have a higher information technology. At present the industrial production of communication network cabling mainly through RS232 and CAN, Ethernet cable etc, it can meet the requirements of the certain although, but with the production equipment upgrades more and more rapidly, it bring the costs higher. The wireless device is introduced into industrial production to replace the traditional means of communication, in the reduction of system upgrade costs and make the system more flexible has a certain significance.In this paper, used CC2530 chip as the main chip, combined with ZigBee wireless network technology, low-power design, time synchronization, serial communication technology, with embedded software and hardware co-design ideas designed and realized embedded wireless communication modules with the ZigBee communication technology. Used the module embedded into widely in the existing industrial system control and monitor equipment composed of wireless industrial communication networks, application and popularization of the Internet of Things technology in the industrial sector.The system hardware circuit choosed CC2530 chip as the core, which designed two classes of equipment, were used to monitor communications and low power consumption routing communication. Use of RTC module and analog switch control the CC2530 power, to overcome the disadvantage of the routing equipment can not enter a dormant and reach the purpose of reduce the power consumption of the whole system. The lower level software of module was completed based the TI Z-Stack, which used multitasking parallel processing mechanism, including agreement data conversion and time synchronization protocol service, wireless communication, serial port communication and other tasks.Binding the MODBUS station number and ZigBee network address to form the address mapping table and complete the conversion of two protocol data. Used PTP precise time synchronization protocol to complete time synchronization, and in the MAC layer add the PTP service response, trigger to read the hardware time stamp information.The test showed that the transmission power of module is +2 dBm, the receiving sensitivity is -98 dBm,and communications link budget is 100 dBm. Practical and reliable communications distances up to 100m, through the PA extension up to 1000m.The communication rate is 219kbs, communication error package rate about 0.1%, and PTP time synchronization protocol of synchronous accuracy + 50us.After mass production test the design based on the embedded wireless communication system base on ZigBee, the official in the market and successfully used in a variety of industrial monitoring situation, make customer production equipment more intelligent information, the system upgrade is more convenient, the response of market well.
