As an improtant part of the system of measurement and control, the solid-state recorderhas been palying an irreplaceable role,which is the main way to acquire flight statusimformation, and provides reliable experimental basis for the performance evaluation, faultanalysis and design improvement of production for the vehicle system. In this study, thesolid-state recorder designed and realized completes the acquisition of analogs and receivesthe digitals, and stores the received data. After the test, the solid-state recorder can beretrieved hardly, and the stored data could be read out for later analysis and processing.Contrapose the solid-state recorder based on two-plane technology, in view of the designideas of modularization and high reliability, and combine with the task requirements andperformance indicators, this paper presents the design principle and design plan of thesolid-state recorder, and finishs the following work:(1) Completes the acquisition of 6-channal analogs, receives 2-channal PCM streams,re-encodes the analogue and digital data, and mixed encoding frame with FPGA as the corecontrol.(2) Introduces time sequences of how to use two-plane technology to erase blocks,programme the mixed data and read back the stored data, and validates the validity oftwo-plane techonology used in the solid-state recorder.(3) Describes real-time monitoring in the test and after the test, how to use LVDScommonication interface send read-time monitoring data and the test data to ground equimentfor analysis and treatment.At the end of this paper, the function of the solid-state recorder is tested and theperformance is validated, and the test results are analyzed and processed. At the same time,according to the high reliability requirements, this paper puts forward the potting and buffer protection, environmental stress screening test and other security measures. The system testresults show that the solid-state recorder has good performance, high reliability, and fullymeets the design requiments of the task.
