The Research And Design Of Backup Mechanism In Smart Card Data Security System

Along with the progress of the society, and the information degree unceasing enhancement, smart card has become an essential in everyone’s life, which is a unified information storage and management tool. The circulation of smart card is a huge number around the world every year. Thus it shows the importance of smart card technology and its commercial value. However, because the card chip technical detail is different and is kept secret by its manufacturer, the chip operating system is generally designed and developed for a certain smart card. The situation seriously restricted the development of smart card. On the other hand, the smart card usually keeps some very importain iformation. In the usage of smart card, the information integrity and accuracy must be guaranteed.Comprehensive above, it can be seen, is very necessary to research and design of a backup mechanism, which can ensure the security and integrity of data.This paper is written just from that point. Firstly, this paper researchs the smart card technology, including the definition of smar card, the development history, the application fields, the features, the classifications, researchs the chip and the chip operating system, including the current situation of the development, the features, the functions. And then, designs a system structure of the COS, including four modules of the logic layer:the communication management module, the command interpretation module, the file system module and the security management module. And then, on the basis of the research above, this paper researchs the smart card data security system, and puts forward a backup mechanism then makes a demand analysis and a preliminary design. Finally, this paper designs a smar card data backup mechanism based on the byte chain, defines the various data unit in detail, and draws the flow chart of each function module, and verifies its reliability, analyzes the scheme that can be improved.
