Dual interfaces CPU card is support both ISO 14443 and ISO7816 two forms of communication, contact with CPU card interface and non-contact interface sharing a CPU for control, the contact pattern and non-contact pattern automatic selection, on the one hand, has the function of CPU card, contact with high security, data transmission stability, large storage space; On the other hand has the function of non-contact CPU card, with transmission speed, trading short time wait for one characteristic, especially suitable for bad environment,responsed quickly, high security and use for complex situations.To be ensure our product’s quality, need to improve the test coverage, but coverage need to increase the testing time, sometimes testing time increased will not accept, for CPU card product testing generally costs accounted for 10% of the cost of IC to 30 percent. The urgent need to improve the cost of test for product competitiveness.Work of this paper is made up of the automation test system.It’s engineering background is aimed at FM1216 series double interface CPU card product batch test.FM1216 is applied widely 32K nonvolatile memory with the dual interfaces CPU card peak to 0.1 million pieces/day. Double interface CPU card testing time is too long, if the use ATE testing it will greatly increase the cost of the product. For to expand capacity and reduce the cost, developed 8 parallel double interface card special tester for wafe test.This paper first introduces FM1216 series product, to demand analysis, device instrument selection, hardware development, software development, calibration, system commissioning, failure analysis and statistics to finally small batch production process. Introduces the implementation of the system. Including interface design, software structure and technology module implements. The tester development produced a good economic benefit and increase productivity. This paper work done for the development of other special parallel tester reference.The tester use MSP430Fxx. introduced the parallel download program, parallel test method. Introduced the PC software debugging analysis function and algorithm. Design the dedicated ISO7816 interface to improve test efficiency. For some of the problems encountered in the design are analyzed.At last, the paper introduces the application situation and test data, the tester has applied to the small batch production and achieved good economic benefit.
