With the development and maturation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, its advantages are more and more familiar with people. With the significant advantages of RFID technology, RFID is being gradually adopted and deployed in a wide area of applications.The thesis introduces the development and actuality of RFID, and researches the RFID running principle and RFID interface technology. On the basis of analysis of the tradition interface model and EPC standard, Firstly,a three-tier structure model is chosen for developing a RFID System Interface. Compared to other interface model, the proposed interface model supports Web application, is platform independent and transplantable.then the top layer High Level API is implemented and the application-Weapons Information Management System are programmed.There are two innovations in this thesis, firstly, the author designed and implemented the HTTP API, uses the HTTP protocol for request-response model (Synchronous) based on XML object implement request transmission in network. Secondly, in order to enhance the efficiency of getting tags, uses the TCP protocol for notification model (Asynchronous) based on event driven and event management.
