Campus Information Management System Based On J2ee And Workflow Of The Design And Implementation

The usage of the information system has gone deep into people’s working life. The introduction of information systems can improve efficiency in teaching, better survival and better development. However, the information level of domestic secondary school is not very high. Some schools, whose daily work use computer, merely to replace the original simple operations by hand, and can not share the data among the staff. Therefore, we need to study an information platform that needs a short development cycle, low-cost, high security. And we can work together efficiently, improving the management of teaching, saving resources and improving efficiency.J2EE provides an enterprise-class computing model and runtime environment for developing and deploying multi-tier architecture applications. Deployed on its multi-tier applications it can achieve high availability, security, scalability and reliability. Workflow technology can down the work into well-defined tasks, perform these tasks and monitor them by according a certain rules, and then improve efficiency and reduce costs. According to the features, the thesis design and implement the information management of the school based on B/S structure by using workflow technology and three-tier storage of J2EE’s presentation layer, application layer and database services layer. The System strictly abided the software development standards, using software engineering methods for systems development. The article first discusses the key technology: J2EE platform and workflow technology. And then conduct a detailed analysis for the information system. Workflow engine is the core of workflow technology. After the detailed analysis of the school’s organizational structure, business, workflow, the workflow engine are detailed in the creation and deployment, scheduling and execution, messaging services and other aspects on j2ee platform. Finally, the key modules of the system are designed.
