Based On A Campus Meeting Of The Workflow Management System To Build,

The Workflow plays an important role to achieve campus office automation and management modernization,promotes the standardization and computerization of work flow;achieves storage and transmission of circulating information,the real-time monitoring and tracking, circulating time statistics,over-time reminder,circulation statistics and cooperation in multi-position and multi-department.Based on the characters of the different e-campus systems,this thesis investigates the application of Workflow in e-campus system;designs a daily office system for e-campus system using J2EE platform;builds a campus conference management system based Workflow;also investigates in the security.The thesis is organized as follows.First it analyzes the characteristics and existing problems in e-campus,introduces the research and application of Workflow model in China,and draws out the content and significance of the research;at the same time,it introduces the corresponding theory on Workflow,and the relevant technology for the application and development of Workflow.Second,it analyzes the functional requirements of the campus conference management system, expatiates the Workflow-based solution,designs the overall logical architecture,and gives the system architecture,role analysis,module design,working mechanism and the design of the Workflow engine.Third, based on the above analysis,it establishes the developing strategy,gives the detailed design and implementation,including DB design,authority analysis and design,error-handling mechanism,communication mechanism for public discussion,and etc.Finally,it summarizes the development model of campus conference management system based on Workflow,and gives the future vision of Workflow in e-campus.
