Research And Implementation Of J2EE-based Simple Workflow Engine

The workflow technology provides the foundation platform for the workflow automation and the construction of application. It has realized the separation of the process logic and the business logic. It supports the analysis of business process and the standardized definition as well as the automatic assembly of service unit. And it reduces difficulty of the development of the complex application.It raises managerial effectiveness of application system.The workflow engine is the core and the key research content of workflow technology The current majority workflow engine concentrates in the solution of large-scale enterprise application question, but the simplified engine actually has its unique superiority in the middle and small scale application, for example,it has strong portability, good extension , good flexibility and so on. The workflow engine which this paper proposed has the following characteristic: based on J2EE;conforms to the WFMC standard;simplified;module form. This article has mainly done following work: research workflow correlation technique and theory;research workflow engine's feature of construction and its realizition technology, including workflow process modelling method and so on;according to software engineering thought,proposes a kind of realizition plan of simple workflow engine based on J2EE;realizes the plan and applies it in the actual bussiness.
