Railway is a very important mode of transport.With the rapid development of China Railway,Train Information Monitoring has become an important part of train safety protection.The traditional train monitoring uses industry bus to collect data.This way not only needs heterogeneous circuits but also very inflexible.It needs workers to use special device to dump the train data to the ground computer for analysis,which is inconvenient.This paper adopts Embedded Systems and Wireless sensor networks to make train monitoring more convenient,real-time and realize remote monitoring.This paper adopts ARM9 S3C2440 to build embedded hardware system,transplant the Linux system to the hardware,then transplants the Qt graphics library and Sqlite(embeded database)to linux in order to build Embedded Data Management System.This paper analysises and design the ZigBee network model under the conditions of small space, low rate, low power, high interference environments and then adopt ZigBee network to collect data based on TI CC2430.The data collected by wireless sensor networks will be sent to the embedded database which enable the workers to query and manage real-timely.The train state data will be sent to remote host computer and feedback control information to the embedded system.To increase the reliability of the system,this paper selects to integrate the embedded system with the traditional train monitoring device LKJ2000 in China.This system treat LKJ2000 as a node of wireless sensor networks so as to distribute network flexibly while ensuring the reliability.
