| This paper provides the research of historical process of operation servicesmanagement during development of the electronic certification service, analyzes themethod technology based on IT services management to solve the various problemsencountered in the operation services of domestic CA organization. The functionrequirement demo of data collection integration and information classificationsynchronization on the whole chain, which connects the background issue system tothe front end of the delivery business system of CA authority organizations, isachieved by my deep studies.As the exploration for the service management method, those achievements helpsthe CA authorities providing the efficient and accurate electronic certification service,constructing the specification, reliable, efficient and scientific operation servicemanagement system.By the studies of abroad ITIL service management and with the demand ofdomestic and international system of electronic authentication services andmanagement services, construction and operation needs, I carefully analyze thevarious needs of electronic certification operation services in planning, designing,system construction.The system the paper studied and designed used B/S structure, Oracle enterprisedatabase, and ASP.NET language developing background service system, withActiveX Control technologies adopted on client and XML technologies on other field.The system has been completed the work of design, development and test, andhas go live in Operation Service Department of Beijing Certificate Authority,hereinafter referred to as BJCA. It fully compliance with the requirement ofmanagement and control of digital certificate operation, with the practical, simple, andconvenient operation and maintenance features. Through the good Human-ComputerInteraction, operators can quickly master the system operating method without muchcomputer technologies.Since the system goes online, it obtains the fully accreditation from BJCA, and supports the delivery procedure of actual digital certificate product very well.Accordingly, the construction and application of relative platforms takes a veryimportant practical significance for the normative and service quality of the digitalcertificate operation service in the range of electronic certification service system inour country. |
